Import Projects from Bubble.io
Connect directly to your Bubble.io app and import all projects
Step 1: Import Project Data
What will be imported:
- ✓ Project names and customer information
- ✓ Addresses and locations
- ✓ Project specifications (sq ft, elevation, framing)
- ✓ Dates (due date, completion, submission)
- ✓ Financial data (valuation, estimate numbers)
- ✓ Notes from salesmen and estimators
- ✓ Salesman assignments
🔄 Smart Update:
Projects with matching names will be updated with the latest data from Bubble.io. New projects will be created. Run this multiple times to keep data in sync!
Step 2: Migrate Files from Bubble
📄 File Migration:
- • Copies plan PDFs, marked up PDFs, and count sheets from Bubble to your new system
- • Processes files in batches to avoid timeouts
- • Safe to run multiple times - skips already migrated files
- • Important: Run this before closing your Bubble account!
